Grow, manage and preserve your wealth

At Weatherbys Racing Bank we offer a range of deposit accounts to help you manage your money over the short, medium and long term.

Why choose Weatherbys for deposit accounts?

FSCS protected
All of our deposit accounts are protected under the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The FSCS provides protection up to a limit of £85,000 per customer, per bank. If you have a joint account, and no other accounts of your own, you will each receive up to £85,000.

Minimal paperwork
Unlike many banks, we keep the forms for you to complete to a minimum. In some cases, no forms will be required at all. Simply get in touch and ask to open a deposit account of your choice.

Secure
Security is very important and it’s why we maintain a strong balance sheet with a conservative loan-to-deposit ratio. We have far greater levels of deposits than we do outstanding loans and the majority of any surplus cash on our balance sheet is held with the Bank of England.

Highly competitive
We review our deposit rates frequently to ensure they provide a fair return. Following the Bank of England’s latest base rate increase, we have updated the rates on many of our savings products.

Our products are exclusively available to clients of Weatherbys Racing Bank.

Fixed-term deposit accounts
Earn a fixed rate of interest on your savings by investing for a defined period of time.

Notice accounts
Interest rates on our notice accounts are variable and paid quarterly.
