Service interruption affecting payments on Saturday 4th February

One of our third-party providers will be completing some essential maintenance work this weekend. This means payments made after 6.00am on Saturday 4th February will not be sent to the recipient until the morning of Sunday 5th February.

If you were planning to make a payment on the Saturday, we recommend completing this on Friday 3rd February in the online bank or mobile banking app, or by contacting your Private Banking Team.

Internal account transfers will continue to be processed immediately.
