Weatherbys have been responsible for the administration of horse racing for over 250 years. The Racing Bank offers bespoke financial services for owners, trainers, bloodstock agents, breeders, and all other racing related businesses.  

Our aim is to remove as much of the financial administrative burden you and your clients may encounter. We do this by offering products and services that are specifically tailored to our racing clients.

VAT Return Service

Our market–leading VAT Return Service enables us to deal with HMRC on behalf of your clients, taking care of everything from online VAT applications to the collation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.

In addition, our Racing Payment Service (RPS) ensures that training bills can be paid without the requirement for monthly intervention – we pay bills on the owner’s behalf in line with the criteria they set out at the outset of the relationship.

We work in partnership with you and your owners to ensure that the financial registration processes are as seamless as possible. You will have a dedicated point of contact from the Racing Bank to guide you through account opening.
