Our Awards

Winning this award is a real highlight of my time at Weatherbys so far. It has been a huge confidence boost.  

For me our brand values represent balance. They provide a framework for the Weatherbys Way, but allow you to remain authentic to yourself, because you have the flexibility to demonstrate what they mean to you. 

I was very proud to win this award and really appreciate the recognition, particularly given the fantastic people that we have in our business.  

Our Brand Values are the very essence of what we do as a Business. We see them every day in the work that we do. To be a part of a business with such strong values is very rewarding and this comes through in all that we do for our clients. 

All of the team worked so hard, alongside already busy day jobs, so the award was a real boost and an important validation that all of our efforts are really appreciated.  

Our Brand Values provide a guiding light for behaviour, decision making and action across our teams. They are a powerful reference that we can all use to contribute to the future success of Weatherbys.

For me, winning really brings home the appreciation for the work that I put in. When things are challenging, knowing that your efforts are acknowledged means a lot.  The Brand Values encourage all of us to focus on the things that are important at Weatherbys. 

To have been chosen for the CEO award means a great deal to me. We have created a culture in our team where living the brand values to an exemplary level is the benchmark, so extraordinary service has become the standard.  

I feel as the recipient of this award, I represent the most amazing group of people, for whom the daily sacrifice, to ensure excellent levels of service for our clients, is the focus.
