Out of hours support
Providing a service that meets your needs is our priority. As part of this we have an extended hours team available to our Private Banking clients, Monday to Friday between 6.00pm and 11.00pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Our emergency out of hours service is available at all other times.
The extended hours team can deal with card and online banking queries, such as unlocking accounts or resetting passwords, they are also available to support you if you believe you have been a victim of fraud.
Please note, our fraud team will never call you. Any contact relating to fraudulent activity will be made by your relationship team.

Please note, our emergency numbers are the same as the office hours numbers for your ease. Our offices are also open between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
