Out of hours support
Providing a service that meets your needs is our priority. As part of this we have an extended hours team available to our Private Banking clients, Monday to Friday between 6.00pm and 11.00pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
The extended hours team can deal with general banking as well as card and online banking queries, such as unlocking accounts or resetting passwords. The team is also available to support you if you believe you have been a victim of fraud.
Our emergency out of hours service is available at all other times.
