Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Our bespoke and tailored approach is what sets us apart, this is reflected in our client satisfaction where the private bank has a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73 (against a financial services average of 40).
In our 2022 client survey, 98% of our clients believe we are accessible and responsive and 98% feel treated like a valued client.
