Who is he?

Nipun Mehta is the founder of ServiceSpace, an incubator that leverages technology for ‘labour of love’ projects. He has received many awards, including the Jefferson Award for Public Service, the President’s Volunteer Service Award and Wavy Gravy’s Humanitarian Award.

What’s his mission?

At the age of 24, Nipun quit his job to become a “full time volunteer”. What started as an experiment with friends is now a global ecosystem of over 500,000 members who have not only delivered millions of dollars in service for free but are regenerating a gift culture.

Best quote?

“The ability to give stems from a state of mind and heart, a place much deeper than the material. If you break the tiresome tyranny of questions like “what’s in it for me?” the mindset shifts from consumption to contribution. You are no longer operating from a place of scarcity, your cup fills and overflows.”
