Our locations

We have four offices across London, Edinburgh, Wellingborough and Manchester, people-first environments where collaboration can thrive and there’s room for our ambitious growth plans.

Our Wellingborough office on Sanders Road is a vital hub for the whole Group with teams from Weatherbys Bank and Arkle Finance, as well as key support functions from operations to compliance.

Our London team has recently moved into a new home on Shaftesbury Avenue, in the heart of London’s West End, and we continue to hold client meetings in our Mayfair office in Sackville Street.

We also have two smaller but growing teams, the first in the heart of Edinburgh in a 19th Century townhouse off Princes Street, and the second in Manchester, serving our clients in the North West from Arkwright House in the heart of Spinningfields.

There’s a buzz from being in the heart of London, and that energy carries into the workplace. Whether it’s cross‑departmental projects, mentoring initiatives, or simply informal conversations throughout the day, the London office creates space for growth, collaboration, and community.

Our Edinburgh site is in a townhouse. It’s not your traditional office, or the usual feel for a financial company. We are a very friendly group, and you wouldn’t know who the administrative team, assistants or bankers were immediately, such is the atmosphere of collaboration.

The atmosphere in Wellingborough is open and approachable. Being able to speak to colleagues face-to-face makes problem-solving quicker and keeps the human part of our culture alive.

Our Manchester Office is our newest. It’s exciting to be involved from such an early stage, in a team that’s small, but has over 75 years of financial experience. Being in the city centre is a huge plus, with great places to go for lunch or a walk.

I like the different spaces we have across our offices. If you need a private, behind‑closed‑doors chat, there’s always somewhere to tuck yourself away – but you can also grab a drink (tea for me) and have a quick catch‑up.
