Rob joined Weatherbys in 2023 as Senior Business Development Executive and is based in our London office. Rob is helping to lead the Law Firm Group initiative, a specialist area within our private banking division designed to support UK resident partners of select UK and US law firms with their evolving financial needs.
Having over two decades of experience working alongside the world’s leading law firms and their partners, Rob truly understands the demands placed on today’s partners and that their time is their most valuable commodity. Rob and the wider Law Firm Group pride themselves on being highly responsive to their clients. They are committed to making their lives easier, whether this is by helping to provide an award-winning day-to-day banking service, assisting partners with their home purchase or providing tailored investment and financial planning solutions. Ultimately, Rob and the team’s objectives are to ensure clients can preserve and build upon their existing wealth, through clear, timely and thoughtful financial advice, supporting them throughout their journey as a law firm partner and into retirement.
Prior to joining Weatherbys, Rob spent 22 years at Citibank in the UK, based within their Global Wealth Management business, where he successfully built and led their Law Firm Group business for the EMEA region. Before his time with Citibank, Rob worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, leading their UK Payment Operations group within the bank’s corporate banking division.
Rob lives in Kent and is married with two daughters and a granddaughter. He spends as much of his spare time as possible with his family and friends, and enjoys going to the gym, travelling and fishing.
