Natalie Welch

Natalie joined Weatherbys in 2019 after graduating from the University of Birmingham, beginning her career in the Wellingborough office. There, she supported a number of private bankers in managing a diverse portfolio of clients with a broad range of banking needs. Having progressed through the business, she is now a Principal Private Banking Executive.
In 2023, Natalie relocated to Manchester as the second hire in the newly established office, playing a key role in establishing its foundations and supporting the growth of Weatherbys’ presence in the North West. She continues to support a growing portfolio of clients in the region, while also mentoring new colleagues and contributing to the ongoing success of our Manchester team.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys staying active, travelling and making the most of life in Manchester.
