Having joined Weatherbys Private Bank in 2014, Graeme currently works within the Scotland office, based in Edinburgh. As Private Banker, Graeme manages a highly diverse portfolio of clients situated across the breadth of Scotland, providing bespoke advice on their banking, lending and investments. Graeme is principally supported by Caroline Brooks, Private Banking Executive, who assists in the running of the portfolio.
Graeme’s expertise as a Private Banker is underpinned by his experience and the significant professional qualifications he has accumulated throughout his career. These include MCIBS, CEMAP, IAD and PCIAM. Additionally, Graeme is also a Member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Before joining Weatherbys, Graeme worked for Bank of Scotland where he was a Private Banking Manager for 13 years, managing a portfolio of high net worth clients. Previously, Graeme managed numerous Bank of Scotland branches across the Central Region of Scotland.
Day to day, Graeme particularly enjoys meeting clients and working with them to provide tailored solutions which enable them to meet their personal and financial aspirations. Graeme also enjoys the variation within Private Banking and the different objectives and goals that clients have.
While outside of work at Weatherbys, you’ll either find Graeme on the golf course or spending time with his family – in no particular order!
