Alex joined Weatherbys at the beginning of 2025 as an Associate Private Banker, based in our London office. In his role, Alex supports our private bankers in assisting a diverse range of clients with lending, investments and day-to-day banking requirements.
In addition, Alex is actively working towards further professional qualifications to enhance his expertise. He has begun studying towards the Investment Advice Diploma (Level 4), with plans to complete both the CeMAP (Level 3) and the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (Level 6) qualifications.
Prior to joining Weatherbys, Alex studied accounting and finance at Durham University, graduating with first class honours. As part of his degree, he completed a year-long placement at Virgin Media O2, working within their finance and strategy team.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling and is a keen sportsman. He is particularly fond of a round of golf.
