Mark Hassett joined Weatherbys in 2026 as Senior Private Banker, bringing with him extensive experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals.
He began his private banking career at Coutts before moving into the trust sector in Jersey and has since held senior roles at Royal Bank of Canada and EFG Private Bank. He advised clients with UK and Channel Islands connections across all aspects of their financial affairs, including banking, credit and investments in both onshore and offshore structures.
Throughout his career, Mark has focused on supporting clients with complex, multi‑jurisdictional needs. He works closely with professional advisers and has built a strong network across the trust community, as well as with tax and legal specialists, to ensure clients receive considered and joined-up advice.
Outside of his role at Weatherbys, Mark enjoys travelling and has a particular appreciation for good food and fine dining.
