Amber Jenkins has spent the past six years at Investec, where she most recently worked as a relationship manager, supporting high-net-worth clients.
She holds a Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 qualification.
Jenkins said: “I’m looking forward to working for a company that really has private banking at its heart.
“The client is truly put first and foremost at Weatherbys, and in today’s banking environment that’s perhaps becoming rarer.”
Renae Maroney, a former relationship manager at HSBC, has spent over 10 years working in financial services.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds both the Investment Advice Diploma and the CISI Level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management.
Maroney said: “It’s always my aim to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients to understand their circumstances and help them achieve their personal and financial aspirations.
“I believe Weatherbys’ level of dedication to client needs sets it apart from other private banks, and I’m excited by the challenge of living up to its high expectations of exceptional service.”

Both Jenkins (left) and Maroney (right) have joined Weatherbys’ London office. The bank has ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years.
Head of Private Clients Oliver Barnett said: “We’re committed to our growth targets, but we can’t forget our heritage and what we stand for as a business.
“That’s why it’s great to welcome these two new bankers, who share our values and dedication to personal client relations.”
