When you join Weatherbys, you will have access to our day-to-day banking services, including current accounts with no fees for overseas transactions, as well as foreign exchange services, flexible lending and bespoke deposit accounts. You will also be able to bank online and by mobile, making it easy to stay in control of your finances.
To help with more complex matters, like pensions, tax, trusts, estate planning and investments and wealth advice, our private bankers are on hand whenever you need them. More than just an adviser but a partner in every decision, they will provide the guidance and expertise to reach your financial goals.
To support your relationship with your private banker, you will also have access to our research, insights and a programme of events and webinars to keep you informed on the things that matter most to you.

This last year, we scored extremely high on client satisfaction, with 99 per cent saying they were pleased with us overall, 99 per cent saying we are accessible and responsive and 98 per cent of our clients feeling valued. In addition, 98 per cent of our clients are happy with the relationship with their private banker.
We also scored strongly on the net promoter score (NPS)* score, which is a key indicator of how much clients value our service because it is based on how likely they are to recommend us. Our NPS has consistently been above 73 since we started surveying clients and in 2025 this increased to 84 (+3 versus 2024) – a market leading score amongst private banks in the UK.
