Alvin is a social justice and human rights campaigner who founded The Fourth Group in 2016, a global community established to understand the problems caused by the fourth industrial revolution and to develop solutions in the form of policy, technology and civil action.

What’s his mission?

Alvin has spent the last decade working on issues of social justice, human rights, and public policy. Previously he worked as a community organiser and then as a lobbyist for people in poverty. In 2017 he was listed on “Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe” for his work.

Interesting fact?

The WEF estimates that by 2020, 7.1 million jobs could be lost through redundancy, automation, or disintermediation, while the creation of 2.1 million new jobs, mainly in more specialised areas such as computing, math, architecture, and engineering, could partially offset some of the losses.
